Flexible Work Schedule
At KSSI, employees determine their own work schedule including the number of hours they wish to work and the number of days they wish to take off each year! Subject to Customer Requirements.
401K Retirement Plan
KSSI contributes a minimum of 6% of an employee’s gross earnings into the employee’s 401K Plan. Employees may also choose to make additional pre-tax contributions up to $15,500. Our 401K program is managed by John Hancock and offers a comprehensive suite of best in-class mutual funds across all investment categories allowing you to make optimal selections to suite your investment goals. Bonus Plans
KSSI offers multiple bonus plans providing employees with flexibility to earn bonuses based upon personal involvement with recruiting, business growth, technical performance and corporate growth.
Holidays
KSSI employees receive 8 paid holidays to include the Federal holidays: New Year’s, President’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and One Floating Holiday providing employees with their personal choice of holiday.
Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance
KSSI provides LTD with a benefit of 60% of an employee’s monthly salary up to a maximum benefit of $8,000 per month. Benefits begin after a 90 day eligibility period and provide benefits to age 65. Premiums paid entirely by KSSI.
Medical Insurance
KSSI offers multiple health and dental insurance options allowing the employee flexibility to make the best personal choice. Health care insurance options include Blue Cross/Blue Shield Blue PPOs and HMO plans. KSSI pays up to 100% of employee premiums with plan upgrade selections purchased on a pre-tax basis by employee. Dental insurance options are offered through DentaQuest and AFLAC on a pre-tax basis.
Supplemental Insurances
KSSI utilizes AFLAC to provide a wide variety of flexible supplemental insurance options which the employee may choose on a pre-tax basis
Flexible Spending Accounts
KSSI offers two options under the FSA. A Medical Reimbursement Account which allows employees to contribute up to $5000 a year for expenses not covered under the health care plans and a Dependant Care Spending Account which allows employees to contribute up to $5000 for the care of dependants. Contributions for both plans are on a pre-taxed basis.
Professional Training & Memberships
KSSI encourages employees to keep abreast of state-of-art technology by providing $4,500 towards training, courses, conferences, and seminar reimbursement benefits. KSSI also provides professional memberships and technical publication subscriptions.
Internet Service Reimbursement
KSSI provides internet service reimbursement to employees to encourage frequent communications and technical exchanges with employees.
